ABOUT OLGA: A US Champion and two-time Pan American Champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Official Olympic Alternate Athens, Greece.

She is an acrobat and flexibility/contortion instructor, teaching in NYC and worldwide. Olga began to form her advanced but egalitarian training philosophy while living and training with the Russian Olympic team and believes her students will achieve extreme results regardless of age, previous injury or level of experience.

PREREQUISITE: In order to help sculpt a great experience for everyone attending, Olga would like to know the level of each participant. Please send a description or photos of where you are at in your skills to O.Karmansky@gmail.com, and let her know what you wish to work on. But don't worry, this is not an audition; it's about creating the right mix of levels for this retreat! And of course, she's always happy to work with you privately by appointment.

ABOUT STONE MOUNTAIN FARM: Just 1.5 hours from NYC, the farm has 3 beautiful open air creative spaces in New Paltz. Stone Mountain Farm is full of gorgeous mountain hikes, sun-dappled forests, caves, streams- for cooling your toes, super cute cabins and the Rail Trail Cafe; an open air farm-to-table cafe serving delicious food and hosting live music on weekends.

TRANSPORTATION: You can drive to the farm. There is plenty of parking available. Or you can take a bus. Please purchase roundtrip tickets via the Adirondack Trailways here or in-person at Port Authority on West 42nd Street and 8th Ave in NYC. (One-way from NYC-Rosendale is about $26-$38). Rosendale Bus Station is about 2 miles from the farm. There are local taxis available as well.

FOOD: Steps from the main or fly stages, you can purchase an incredible farm to table meal from Rail Trail Cafe. They take debit or credit cards, but prefer cash. Currently open for the summer season from Thursday - Sunday only. Thursday hours are 12-7pm, Friday-Sunday hours are 9am-7:30pm.

CANCELATION POLICY: Scheduled retreat is subject to change based on weather.  

REFUND POLICY: We will only give you a full refund if we cancel the retreat due to weather. We can also apply your payment to 5th Wall Studio classes or studio rental.

WHAT TO BRING: Sunscreen and bug spray.
